Privacy and security as data processor
This document summarizes our commitments to you where we are a Data Processor (when we process your data through our systems into Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel, Tableau etc.). If you are interested in information about the personal data that Dataddo collects and processes as a data controller (your Dataddo account data, company information etc.) please proceed to Privacy
We may also process personal data to provide data analysis and other services to our customers. Such processing of personal data is governed by a data processing agreement entered into between us as the data processor and our customer as the data controller. We process such data only on the instructions of our customer. If you have any questions relating to such data processing, please contact directly the relevant data controller.
General terms, such as “Dataddo”, “Services” or “Content” are defined at Terms.
Dataddo as data extraction, integration and analytics platform allows you to extract the data from different sources and services.
Our staff is trained regularly on handling data and our systems are monitored constantly. Our staff have access as needed. For any data we process, your data is extremely restricted and we will only access it at your written request or in the case where we need to debug and solve problems.
Data transfers are done using TLS / SSL encrypted HTTPS connections.
Data extracted using Dataddo are stored on Dataddo’s servers.
Our data processing and storage happens in monitored and highly scalable, best-in-class data centers managed by Amazon Web Services. Data can be physically located in multiple locations around the world in order to maintain low latency of our services.
In some cases you may be given the option and/or have chosen the option to have your data processed in specific region(s) or in specific data center(s). In such cases we will give you the guarantee such processing will happen in the specified manner and any changes will be communicated to you.
You can delete the extracted data from Dataddo at any point.
The extracted data are only available to you.
No data will be extracted without your explicit authorization.
We do maximum to maintain high security level of our client’s data.
Dataddo’s data storage mechanism does not store the extracted data in one piece, there is always a certain level of obfuscation applied.
Dataddo use only official APIs to access the data.
Dataddo is accessing the API in read-only mode.
Dataddo allows you to extract aggregated and anonymised stats representing the performance of your web pages or mobile applications. No personal data can be downloaded using Dataddo.
For accessing Google Analytics data, Dataddo use OAuth. This is a secure authentication method, which means that you never have to type your password into Dataddo, as the authentication happens on a 3rd party webpage.
Dataddo has rights to access your Google Analytics, nothing else on your Google account. You can revoke the connection at any point using administration interface.
Since you can define automatic data extraction, you are asked for offline API access.
Usage of Google Analytics data connector is a subject to Google Privacy Policy
Permissions to access the data can be revoked in Dataddo app by deleting the connected account. You can overview all apps authorized to access your Google account under Google security setting page.

Dataddo will not publish any content on behalf of your account, nor interfere with your account or advertisement settings.
Since you can define automatic data extraction, you are asked for offline API access.
